Shipping Terms

Deliveries within Australia will be sent by Australia Post Standard Parcel Post (2-7 day delivery). The shipping of all Aussie Golf Imports products is free.

All goods shipped are insured against loss or damage whilst they are in transit. We guarantee delivery of all items except in cases where the address supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price and shipping price of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.

Please note that although we guarantee delivery of our products, we are not able to guarantee that orders will be received within the time frame listed above. Shipping time frames are to be used as a guideline only. The delivery of orders is carried out by a third party over whom we have no control and do not guarantee that orders will be received within the above time frames.

We will not deliver orders to a post box unless you advise us of special circumstances and you also provide us with your physical street address.

The actual date you receive an order will depend on whether we have your selected product in stock. If the product is in stock we will process your order and ship it to you within 48 hrs of the receipt/clearance of your payment. Once the product has been shipped to you, you will receive an email confirmation of when your order was dispatched, quoting an approximate delivery date.

Although all products offered on the Aussie Golf Imports website are available for order, certain products may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know the anticipated time frame until the product is again available. Once the product is available we will contact you by email to let you know when the product was shipped and when you should expect to receive it. Returns Policy

 
We are dedicated to offering you first class service. Your Aussie Golf Imports products are of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event of a product being less than perfect, please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund. If the return is the result of an error on our part, the cost of the return shipping is at no charge to you. Once your return has been received we undertake to process your exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Please note we do not exchange or refund simply because you have changed your mind.
